Loft Conversion to add bedroom and shower room - West Norwood

In a charming two-bedroom Victorian Terraced House, our client’s vision was to add space by converting the loft into a spacious room that can be utilised for a hobby room or an additional bedroom for guest when required.

The idea was simply to add functionality by creating extra space in the otherwise large loft. Creative Spaces team worked on designing and building this dormer loft conversion.

The loft space created with the dormer was spacious, so it was easily divided into a shower room, a sizable room and storage. The dormer loft conversion was the best design for this property as it could be built under permitted development rights and gave plenty of headroom and space in the loft.

The newly converted room is well equipped with Velux windows for efficient ventilation. The huge windows also allow plenty of natural light to enter the entire space making the new space bright and airy. Eaves storages are build running across the wall.

This dormer loft conversion was made even more functional with a shower room adjacent to the main room. This large shower room is a superb addition to the house and is recognised as adding significant value.

The finished loft was the reality our clients envisioned for their home. The project took us 8 weeks to complete and deliver at the cost of £41k.
