Converting Loft into large bedroom - Lambeth

This rear dormer loft conversion in Lambeth was complete in a top floor flat. Here, the client aimed to convert their massive loft into a large master bedroom with utilising the space for storage and add plenty of light. We also renovated the entire flat resulting in a new kitchen and bathroom.

As per our client’s vision, we transformed the house by adding various modern-day features like rebuilding the bathrooms, redecorating the kitchen, and installing more storage solution to utilise the space in all floors of the house. The loft conversion allowed our clients to increase the size of their flat from a two bed to three bed flat with the dormer loft conversion. Not only did we add much needed space, we also increased the value of this property with the dormer loft addition.

For the loft transformation, the new loft bedroom turned out to be a cosy haven with lots of natural light entering the bedroom via large Velux windows on both sloped of the loft roof. This makes the loft completely illuminated all day. The room is spacious enough for a comfortable time. To bring more functional features in the bedroom, the both the walls of the loft are now utilised for Eaves storages giving adequate storage solution. The dormer addition to the rear allowed for a large family bathroom to be added to the property.

This beautiful loft conversion in Lambeth has added to the value of the property. The loft conversion and refurbishment took 8 weeks to complete and incurred an estimated cost of £63k.
