Loft Conversion - Forest Hill

Our client’s vision was to transform their Victorian house loft into a new spacious master bedroom with a large walk-in closet space. The goal was to accommodate their need for functionality, for that we incorporated build-in closet, eaves storage and utilised the area separated by the stairs as a dedicated office/study area.

The loft was reconfigured to include a dormer to have maximum headroom for the bedroom, a Juliette balcony with French doors to bring abundant natural light and brighten up the entire space. Velux widows were added for efficient ventilation and to illuminate the corners of dressing area and office area opening the space. Underneath that, the entire space was utilised for Eaves storage, that is wonderful for families with children to keep the area organised, this focuses on maximizing the use of every corner of the loft space.

This transformation resulted in a stylish and practical master ensuite bedroom maximizing every inch of space available as per our client’s requirements. We delivered a dormer loft conversion to increase headroom and usable space. This loft conversion took us 8 weeks to build and deliver the newly converted Victorian loft into an ensuite bedroom.
