Loft Conversion in a Victorian house - Wandsworth

Our client’s vision was to transform their loft into an ensuite bedroom to fit their expanding family’s needs. We understood their requirement as the homeowner needed this room for their kids. The idea was simple, to convert the available loft space into a spacious room that will suits the kid’s daily life and add a large shower room.

We built this loft conversion with two large velux windows flooding the space with light and we increased the headspace in the room allowing storage space with a large wardrobe. Multiple storage solutions like closets, chest drawers and Eaves storage were included in order to maximise storage areas. The loft conversion also included a shower room. The bedroom and shower room, both are perfectly illuminated by huge windows and Velux windows in bedroom, this allows appropriate ventilation for everyday comfortable living. This very simple addition to our clients home has increased the value of the property by at least 25% alongside giving a dedicated space to their growing family.

The final project was delivered to the happy clients in 8 weeks with the solution for best usage of loft space. This loft conversion to a kid’s room cost around £51k.
