Loft and Extension - South London

Our clients here had two objectives; to extend their home and to bring in lots of light. In order to do this we converted the loft and added an extension creating a large kitchen, dining and relaxing space. In the loft we added a bedroom and bathroom with Velux windows in the roof and extra-large windows in the dormer part. In the side return extension we added 4 roof windows and two floor to ceiling windows, one with a window seat and a large glass door with access to the patio. The space now comprises an open kitchen and dining space along with a cosy sitting area.
