Dormer Loft Conversion - Battersea

This Victorian property in Battersea has the classic one reception, two bedroom and a kitchen layout for a family home. The homeowner wanted Creative Spaces to help them convert their loft space to add an extra bedroom and bathroom to the property. Our first suggestion after the property survey was a dormer Loft conversion.

The vision our client had fit perfectly to what we have suggested as they wanted a spacious bedroom and shower room. We designed the newly converted loft into bedroom with enough room to walk around and have a relaxing time in. The room was made cozier with all the natural light coming in from the Velux windows and a Juliette Balcony from the other side. This made the room brighter from every corner and elevated the room’s aesthetic. The room ensuite shower room was thoughtfully decorated and matches the design of the loft space in the best way. The shower room is illuminated by big a Velux window. The shower room has a corner fitted shower closet with regal finish and overhead shower and shelves for efficient daily use. The floating sink elevates the look with storage drawers.

For storage purpose, the entire space under the slope of the loft has eaves storage that runs from the bedroom to the shower room battling all the issues of storage. Apart from the loft conversion, the family wanted to refurbishment their other spaces in the house, and Creative Spaces pitched in with the additional services we provide with a loft conversion. This resulted in a revamped en-suite bedroom in first floor, new staircase, and a perfectly aesthetic living room for this beautiful Victorian family home.

This loft conversion and refurbishment took us 10 weeks to finish with the cost of £78k.
