Meet the Team
Creative Spaces began designing and building loft conversions and extensions in London over 15 years ago. Since the beginning, we have expanded our reach and grown throughout all areas of London. With the growth of the business has come the growth of our team, who each bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to all our projects.
Each project we undertake has a dedicated designer, project manager, and administrator supporting and driving the process. Our highly skilled and knowledgeable build teams bring nearly 30 years of experience to each project. These are guided and managed every step of the way by our dedicated project management team.
Luke Carroll
Creative Spaces was set up by and is led by Luke Carroll. Luke has worked in the residential construction sector for over 20 years and brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to each project. Luke is a qualified carpenter by trade and has spent years project managing everything from residential construction and refurbishment projects to multi-million-pound commercial fit outs for major international clients. Luke is detail oriented and is there to ensure that the standard of customer service that Creative Spaces has been awarded is maintained across our design and build services.
Roberto Cortina Fernandez
Creative Spaces applies the personal touch in its management of each project with a dedicated project manager. Our team is led by Roberto Cortina Fernandez. Roberto has a degree in Architecture and has worked in the residential design and build sector for over 10 years, previously having worked as an architect in Spain. Roberto is your primary point of contact in the management of your project on site. He is there to ensure the smooth running of each project. Roberto brings a relaxed vibe to each project but is fastidious in ensuring details are correct and timelines are adhered to.
We have many separate build teams working at the same time, but the project management team is central to the running and organisation of each project. Our project management team have a range of key systems in place for every project; this maintains high quality and standards demanded by Creative Spaces for every project.
Joe Fletcher is our highly skilled Architectural Technologist, with over 30 years of design experience in both commercial and residential architecture. Joe is an expert in planning regulations which allows him to easily guide you through the planning and building regulations processes. Joe is detail focused, ensuring that all the key design aspects of a build are taken into account before any project kicks off. This is a key part in the planning of each project and ensures that we can progress swiftly from the beginning. Joe is on hand to support the project management and build teams with any design queries throughout the build process. Furthermore, Joe brings a creative architectural flare to each project and with intelligent design and his level of experience, we create great loft and extension plans time and again.
Anna Pritchard
Anna Pritchard is the glue that holds Creative Spaces together! Anna is the Office Administrator and brings plenty of construction experience with her, having worked in the sector for 15 years. Anna is extremely organised and keeps every facet of the business coordinated and working seamlessly together. Anna ensures that all our systems work smoothly and efficiently and is the first point of contact at Creative Spaces.
Astha Bharti
Astha Bharti, recently graduated with a master’s in digital marketing. She creates digital content and ensures our digital marketing outlets are bang up to date. Astha brings an enthusiasm and creative spirit to our marketing. She ensures we put our best foot forward and are visible and our brand is identifiable as a market leader across the London area.
Victoria Vogel
Victoria Vogel is responsible for the financial management and marketing development of Creative Spaces. Victoria’s background in business promotion and development and corporate risk helps to maintain the financial health of Creative Spaces and sets the marketing direction. The well-being of the business and the brand image presented by Creative Spaces is guided by Victoria.
